Immediate effects observed on the body within a 3-day minimum cure For a long period cure, the recommended daily consumption is 2 g to 4 g per day (4 to 8 pills) during 1 to 3 months. Easy to cook with other well-being ingredients (i.e. pour on salads, enjoy as appetisers, mix in a smoothie…).
